Every time I travel to Costa Mesa for work, I stay at this hotel because it offers great value. They recently reopened the rooms after renovations, and everything is done perfectly. The rooms are spacious with adjustable lighting to fit any mood. There’s a large TV with plenty of channels, comfy big beds, and leaning back on the headboard is super relaxing. The room also has a microwave, a fridge, and a mirror with special lighting, which is perfect for doing makeup. There’s a handy desk for working on a laptop. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a bar, a good Mexican restaurant, a grocery store, and more, all within walking distance.

Art was so kind! We visited from arizona to enjoy festivities - offered great recommendations to make the best of our short stay. Rooms were amazing- recently renovated and serene and CLEAN!!!

Excellent hotel. We had a newly renovated room that was super comfortable. The location was excellent, 14 minutes from the beach, and it has all the shops you need.

Very nice hotel me and my colleague love it. We got kicked out of our previous hotel that doesn’t have anything in it and we found this newly renovated hotel Costa Mesa inn.

The Costa Mesa Inn has updated its rooms with very nice colors and features. The hotel is quiet and clean.

The hotel room were very clean and the hotel staff was very kind and the service was very good. The manager was also very kind. I would definitely consider coming back.

Great room! With great service! Checking in with Art went as easy as you could imagine! Great service. Would easily stay here again. Room was recently updated and was also very nice with a great view!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Very nice, clean rooms freshly updated. The picture of the lobby on hotels.com was different but I understand it is a third party site. I would definitely recommend. If I fly into John Wayne again I would stay here again. Connected to a dive bar and a taco shop in the parking lot next door. Across the street from an amazing Goodwill thrift store as well.

This is an sasy 5 star review for me. Not because this is the best place you can stay, not because it's got the best views, location or amenities. It's because I came here looking for a budget option for a quick weekend stay and had my expectations blown out of the water! The massive TVs, pleasant decor and the abundance of plugs, lights, and food access makes all the difference. Bang for your buck score is through the roof. Don't hesitate. You'll be fine here.
